About Us

Hey there, we're Dan and Ren: Elementary school sweethearts, business partners, and tea lovers (who drink coffee, sometimes)

We started T By Daniel for two reasons:

Number 1: We discovered loose leaf tea infusions in our early 20s and thought it was the coolest thing ever. Tea with nuts, or berries, or CHOCOLATE? Like, how amazing is that?

Number 2: We noticed that customer service just WASN'T delivering the way it's supposed to.

You walk into a store, nobody says hi, people spell your name wrong, and you kind of just feel like a number.

So we thought, what if we had a tea business that really placed on emphasis on creating an outstanding experience for every person we get to serve.

So whether it's Jim who works at the bank across the street, Sally who drives in every month from out of town, or His Royal Majesty King Charles, everybody is valued, cared for, and seen.
